Working with HSBC to help them communicate their new philosophy.

As part of our long term collaboration, we worked with HSBC to introduce their new initiative, 'Serve, Empower, and Grow' to their customers and workforce.

This initiative aims to increase engagement between HSBC's staff and customers by using the latest forms of information technology to communicate between both parties. 

Working closely with the HSBC communication team, we translated their nine service innovation propositions into an animated video featured online. Focusing on the transformational nature of this initiative, the video clearly outlines how these nine new services will improve the experience of HSBC’s customers.

At the heart of ‘Serve, Empower, and Grow’ are a series of major investments driving exciting change. These include introducing voice ID security and multichannel communication through online chats or social media platforms. They also include an improvement of their processes, such as redesigning their speech analytics system, in order to better understand changing needs of their customers.
